HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
We prefer that our customers book at least 1.5 to 2 weeks for a customized dessert as well as for catering/specialty events and at least 1 week in advance for secret menu. Same-day desserts are during business hours are available for delivery via DoorDash (our menu is different on that platform).
DO YOU OFFER OTHER DESSERTS BESIDES FUDGE AND BROWNIES?
Yes, we do! Such as cookie bars, and cake jars on our SECRET MENU! You can submit an email to ja.grant@godsdaughterbakery.com and we can plan a special treat box together! Please note, as a small operation, we do not offer any cake tastings or in-person consultations.
WHY DO YOU HAVE A SECRET MENU?
As a small operation, it isn't always so easy to meet the depends of baking several different treats so instead we provide a SECRET MENU that gives our customers options for special events or for their delight with also giving us enough time to make whip up your special treats.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
We offer delivery for $8 within 10 miles from Far Rockaway, New York or 3 day delivery through USPS which is automated calculated at check out depending on distance. To fulfill deliveries, we use either USPS or DoorDash. We do not offer pick-up as we do not have a customer-facing storefront. We are a home-based working kitchen only.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZABLE FLAVORS ?
We currently offer a variety of flavors for our brownies, fudge, rice krispies treats and popcorn treats. If you will like a different flavor than we offer you can send an email at ja.grant@godsdaughterbakery.com for a quote or use the contact form on the SAY HELLO page.
DO YOU OFFER CATERING SERVICES?
Yes, we do in New York Area only. We will need 3 weeks in advance notice of event details, what desserts you will like to order etc. Any orders placed will be a 50% deposit of the total. Any catering orders canceled one week before the event will be charged 75% of the total. WHY A DIFFERENT MENU ON DOORDASH?
Due to the fast-paced nature of DoorDash platform and as well as having a smaller operation we want to make sure you have your desserts delivered to you as quickly as possible and still being fresh! Also we enjoy the fun restaurant pace of on-demand delivery services so we have an excuse to whip up some different treats like fried desserts that we wouldn't be able to sell otherwise. DO YOU OFFER VEGAN, SUGAR-FREE, EGG-LESS, DAIRY FREE OR GLUTEN-FREE TREATS?
Yes, we do! Please use the contact form on the SAY HELLO page or email us at ja.grant@godsdaughterbakery.com for more information. Our Gluten- free options are made using oats flour or rice flour and white corn flour mix. Our Sugar-Free products are made using monk fruit sugar.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR DESSERTS NATIONWIDE?
We do not ship nationwide. We are a home bakery therefore by state regulations we are only allowed to sell within New York.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All standard orders that are placed AND canceled within 48 hours will receive a full 100% refund. Any orders past this 24 hour timeframe will be charged 50% of the total. All customized orders that are placed need to give a week notice to cancel for some packaging and ingredients are shipped and needs time to be canceled ahead of time. Any customized orders past this one week timeframe will be charged 50% of the total.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our baked goods, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once the product has been received by the designated party and/or shipped. Refunds requested due to variant decorating style interpretations, color shade or general design will not be honored. Refunds requested due to flavor or sweetness level is also subjective and will also not be honored.
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN?
We are always open since we are an online bakery! Please place your order any time (if customized please specify the date and time that you need it delivered.) We will contact you if we run into any issues with your order when we see it on our end. We do not have a storefront so no walk-ins or pickups at this time. For phone services or on demand, our hours are (Wed.- Thurs. 1pm- 12:45am) (Fri. 1pm-1:15am)(Sat. 1pm-12:15am)
