Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for ordering/shopping at God's Daughter Bakery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.
Perishable Items
There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order. In the event that an error has been made, you must contact us by email within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee. Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the 24hrs time period expires will not be honored.
Classes Due to the small-scale nature of our bakery and the classes we instruct, we adhere to the following policy with regard to refunds/cancellations for class bookings, depending on notice period: Less than one week before the class, or no-shows on the day: no refund or transfer is offered. Unless booked less than a week of the class date you and/or party have two days prior to class date to cancel; otherwise no refund will be offered. If you are unable to attend, friends or family can attend in your place, with 24 hours’ notice. You will need to give us the name and contact details of the person attending, and advise us of any dietary requirements.
For private group bookings, no refund or transfer is possible with less than three weeks’ notice. If a member of your group has to cancel, someone else can attend on their behalf with no notice (but do advise of any dietary requirements), but the minimum charge for a private group is 4 people even if your party is less than that on the day.
Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex (unless local delivery is via DoorDash) once the transaction has been completed. In an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. As a result, you may receive more than one shipment for each other.
Please note: Most orders are shipped on our business opening days (please check website for God's Daughter Bakery Business Days). Sunday delivery is not available. Overnight air shipping is not available. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
Delivery Policy
We enjoy taking care of our customers at God's Daughter Bakery which includes not only the quality of our products, but also the reliability of delivery. In order to ensure our quality of service, we require that any cancellations or adjustments to your order be made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery.
· Your delivery fee does not include TIP for the delivery man/woman.
· Delivery times cannot be guaranteed
· We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
· The recipient may be called or emailed to schedule a delivery for local delivery
· Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are not subject to return or exchange. Products not valid for sale on third-party sites unless approved by God's Daughter Bakery.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
